The default account currency for Filipino players is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT transactions are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 65ph does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for currency fluctuation losses.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 65ph are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is the multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is reached).
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
65ph actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of low-variance games to extract bonus funds with minimal risk, and coordinated bonus claiming across related accounts. 65ph reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
65ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing. 65ph also reserves the right to withdraw any promotion from a specific Player for any reason without affecting other Players' eligibility.
Each game and betting product available through 65ph is governed by specific rules which are accessible within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules govern for matters relating to gameplay and outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, or account balance, 65ph reserves the right to void the affected wagers and restore account balances to the state prior to the error. 65ph will not be liable for any losses or claims arising from reliance on erroneous information displayed due to a technical fault.
A wager may be declared void by 65ph in the following circumstances: the underlying event is abandoned or not completed within a specified timeframe; the odds or terms of the wager were published in error; a clear and obvious data feed error affected pricing; or the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's account balance.
65ph offers sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, football, and other events. All sports betting wagers are final once confirmed. In-play odds are subject to change in real time and confirmed odds at the time of bet placement are binding. 65ph reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65ph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the 65ph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 65ph or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of 65ph or the respective rights holder.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not constitute a transfer of any proprietary rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 65ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
65ph shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; loss arising from events beyond 65ph's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, acts of God, or government actions); or any loss arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.
65ph reserves the right to suspend any account, with or without prior notice, pending investigation of suspected: breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or any other activity that may cause harm to the platform, other Players, or third parties. During a suspension, the affected Player's ability to deposit, wager, and withdraw may be restricted.
Following investigation, if a breach of these Terms is confirmed, 65ph may permanently close the account. Where the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or deliberate exploitation of technical errors, 65ph reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any winnings. Where no misconduct is found, any balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 65ph support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and outstanding wagering requirements resolved. 65ph will endeavor to process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests — which are distinct from account closure — are governed under Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The 65ph platform is operated under authorization from PAGCOR, and Philippine law governs all aspects of the gaming relationship between 65ph and its Players.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the 65ph platform, Players should first contact 65ph customer support via live chat. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its player complaint procedures. Formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where changes are material, 65ph will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via their registered email address or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
